AU has no live-on requirement — its housing FAQ says so outright — and demand has run high enough in recent years that the university master-leases nearby apartments (Beacon Station, The Row) as overflow, so apply early and expect to end up renting. Students cluster in Summerville near the Walton Way campus and in the downtown Medical District near the Health Sciences campus.
